When I click on the calendar, it only took me to my very first day of the program. I couldn't see past that day. Am I doing something wrong? I started the Cardio Sculpt program on Saturday. I'd like to be able to see what is coming so I can choose additional workouts to do.
I see during challenges you can compete with or see friends challenges, but I can't figure out how to invite friends I know or make new friends on here.

No I'm not., although I'm sure it is a great program to follow, I find it a bit to restricted for me. I am no expert, but I am just eating healthy, or trying to anyways. I am eating from all the food groups, with healthy fats and protein sources. I am a huge evening snacker, which is hard for me with a kitchen full goodies for the kids. I do lose weight we I avoid all the junk and eat only whole foods that nature has made. What are you eating?

I have sacroilleitus (sp? sorry) and found that lack of exercise made it worse. Sometimes I just have to modify the moves or do something else, but basically it has seemed to help me. Check with our doctor to strengthen your back before jumping into intense moves. Good luck

I think you should ask your doctor what you can or cannot do. I did just about everything during my pregnancies, however, every pregnancy and person is different. Your doctor knows best.
I have a nutribullet so I make all sorts of drinks and add almonds, walnuts, greek yogurt, cottage cheese or protein powder to my spinach, kale, banana, mango, berry smoothies.
Box and Burn is my favorite right now.
I am not on hormone replacement, but it is harder for me to lose weight. I really have to cut the calories, so I starve. I am not not worrying on cutting them so much, I am not going to lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks like I could when I was younger. Then all I had to do was cut junk food. So I am concentrating on losing slowly by eating healthier. It is not impossible, you can't give up. Just keep moving and fueling your body with healthy foods and it shoudl work.
