I just started Daily Burn 12 days ago, although I changed my diet prior to that. Eating better, watching calories, making sure I start with breakfast. Before I would go almost all day without eating and then snack from a vending machine. Just wondering if anyone else has lost inches before pounds.
I am a single mother of a 7 year old, work full time and then some. So any food suggestions that have helped you as well as work outs that worked best.
