Once a week on the same day first thing in the morning after you went to the bathroom. That way you'll have something to look forward to and push for every week. But don't forget to use the same scale (some scales differ in pounds) and to weigh yourself in the same clothes. Hope this help!
Nearly everyone I know has said that muscle weighs more fat. That was until I went to the chiropractor and she said that they are the same weight. Ex. 1 lb of fat weighs the same as 1 lb of muscle. So is this true or should I be seeing a different chiropractor?
