This is my favorite for the side fat:
Stand with your legs shoulder width apart with heavier weights in each hand by your side. Alternate leaning from one side to the other slowly. Try to focus on bending where you can feel it in your sides.
It's easy at the time, but if you do it right it burns SO good the next day!
I wake up around 7 and eat breakfast (shakes are in the mail). I almost always have egg whites and gluten free toast, sometimes gluten free cereal with almond milk.
Then I do a small warm up and a DB workout. After that I do knee strengthening exercises so I dont hurt them again.
I usually eat an apple or something really small around 10 and eat lunch at 12. Then I eat small meals at 3 and 6 and sometimes have a small snack after if i get hungry.
I also love to cook and have asparagus and salmon on the regular.

I didnt get the usual drink product that gives me energy this month because I sort of got the impression that DB Fuel would "fuel" me. Does it provide you with energy to help you in your workout or will I need something else to help with that?
