Its the same exercise done over for 3 circuits or whatever. Very similar to T-25 / Insanity. Lots of cardio workouts with horrible music. Nothing to get you pumped like that old 80's background workout VHS music....ugh-- How about some Beyoncé or just something fun to dance / cardio to? So little matwork videos as well, like Pilates , Barre & things like that. I truly love the idea of Daily Burn, but would love something different in the content. Just expressing an opinion, if it was my company I'd want to take suggestions into consideration. Thanks
I have the same schedule. I think it helps to have a decent sized snack around 3, this way it gives you some energy to workout & you are not starving. Then you can workout, then eat dinner. That's how I do it.
