i agree too!
i didn't want to give up alcohol either....but for 21 days you can do it!! It's 3 weeks....only 3 week-ends....it is over before you know it. I had to change my routine - no happy hours with co-workers, friday nights I went for a walk or bike ride or the movies. tell your friends what you are doing, they should support you and maybe they would do it with you!!
what can I add into my diet that will give me more energy and still stay away from the evils...
no energy in my work out this am....I tired faster than usual.
I eat very healthy and pretty clean. I admit I do need to skip the occasional glass of wine and cheese....but really I feel like I do really well. I have done 21 day cleanses and eliminated most processed foods and artificial sugars. I started the 21 day ignite here on daily burn....we will see if this helps! thanks.
