I worked night shift as a nurse for years and now I am packing my partners food for her while she is working night shift as a nurse. I always ate a breakfast before I left home then I packed 2 meals and 2 snacks. With my partner.... she drinks her shake before she leaves and takes a lunch, a dinner, 1 snack and an extra snack or meal that I pack for her. You can easily follow the daily burn plan. Just add an extra meal, snack or both when you are on your transition day.
