I lose a couple lbs then gain them back ..lose a couple ..then gain it back ..very frustrating.
I am doing the fuel shake in the morning..then watching everything I eat

Actually I weigh myself every two weeks
Starting ignite again..cheated the first time, I have a hard time staying motivated, don't really have anyone but me..kids are over 18 and out of the house..I need to lose my belly and keep my back strong..any suggestions on staying motivated would be very helpful..??
When doing workouts I was getting a lot of headaches..fixed that problem thanks to the wonderful people who replied with solutions..
So far DailyBurn has been the best choice in staying fit and healthy..
Thank you, I will try that..I believe I am drinking enough water..but will try that ..I would really like to finish my workouts.. :)
