Have your shake later in the day - Eggs and a protein are great with some veggies. I love to warm slices of tomato and put eggs on top.
Not necessarily bad, just not to have too much of. It's a good idea to limit fruits to one per day.
I am already eating a mostly paleo/primal diet, and when I signed up, the Ignite plan is basically primal eating (good proteins, fats, veggies, fruits and avoiding gluten, soy, and dairy).
