At a friend's house, the only food I could eat on Ignite was a salad but unfortunately there was cheese in it. I managed to pick around it, but should I worry about a cross-contamination issue? Just wondering how strict the guidelines are during Ignite for situations like this.
I've found one that is unsweetened, gluten free, and vegan but I only really see people talking about almond or coconut milk. Just wanted to make sure I'm not straying form the program!
I purchased Vega Sport protein at my local Vitamin Shoppe because I didn't want to wait for DB Fuel to ship. It seems to have the same type of ingredients- 25 grams of protein, vegetable based protein blend, no added sugars, sweeteners, or dairy. Gluten free and comes in chocolate or vanilla.
