Has anyone had a problem following the diet at first because I am having a hard time finding foods I like that are healthy. Can anyone give me some tips on what they did to make the change over smoothly?
I didn't do so good the last 30 days at all but I now have help from professionals that understand what is going on with my body. I am some health problems keeping me from losing the weight but I do feel stronger from the last 30 days. I just hope this next month will do me better now that we know what is going on.
It is day 3 of my work out and I am loving daily burn. I am hoping in one week I can get my food in order so I can start the full diet that daily burn has on their nutrition. I found just going cold turkey on some things might be harder than they said but I am hoping to figure that out in week. I am hoping by the end of the 30 days I lost 5 pounds to 10 pounds so I can keep my daily burn going.
