I just started ignite 6 days ago and as a vegetarian it was hard to follow the diet and to feel full/satisfied. I just found some veggie meat at Publix called Qrunch. It's Quinoa based and it is soy, gluten and dairy free. This will make it a lot easier to follow the meal plan and stick with balance after. They taste good too. Yay!
I just started ignite a few days ago. I am 5'4'' 120lbs and I am fine with my weight. I just wanted to start eating healthier foods and exercising because I sit almost all day for work and I don't eat very well. I am a vegetarian but my diet was mostly veggie meat, cheese, bread, and pasta, Once I go to balance will I be able to reintroduce the veggie meat at least? The seeds and beans are not too filling. I still feel really hungry even after I eat,
I'm craving my veggie meat chicken patty, on an english muffin with cheese (and lettuce avocado and salsa) It was my favorite food, and what I have eaten every morning for the last two years or so.
