Using a poncho, umbrella, galoshes(boots), water resistant winter clothing, some mental toughness might turn that bad weather into a great opportunity to be out in nature, I guess just watch the lightning and road traffic. I have a dog who needs to be walked twice a day for 20-30 minutes because she is young and we don;t have a yard. So weather can't be a factor for me... For my dog;s sake

Wow that sounds tough. Sleep cycles are very important as is "de-stressing." I workout before a meal, either before breakfast or before dinner (after work). That is what I do. Good luck to you. Go easy on yourself and find something fun to do or something that has a structure you like.
Personally I need structure so I am doing DBK the kettlebells program. Its longest videos are 50 minutes which are doable for me.

Seems like I can only have one at a time, so you can select one and write down the calender arrangements and then pick the other one (suggest the longer one). Take care to not hurt yourself, because I figure Cody's program is set up to be well balance between strength/metcon work and recovery work(which I think is super important!).
Off the top of my head, seems like adding parsley to food can help with breath, beyond that I know very little about Ignite. Good luck and sorry if this doesn't help...
Give more info about what you like and dislike! Walking is good. Any fun activity is good. I like to listen to music on walks outside. The world is out there for you!
