I like the sound of that!
Wow that sounds tough. Sleep cycles are very important as is "de-stressing." I workout before a meal, either before breakfast or before dinner (after work). That is what I do. Good luck to you. Go easy on yourself and find something fun to do or something that has a structure you like.
Personally I need structure so I am doing DBK the kettlebells program. Its longest videos are 50 minutes which are doable for me.
No bread is the best bread! Sorry... I had to. Hugs!
Trader Joe's unsweetened almond milk!
I am doing DBK! It is everyday. My favorite piece of fitness equipment is the clubbell, which I know Cody knows how to use and I hope they will make a video for it one day!!!!
Whatever you want! Follow your nose and explore!
I have heard it's relatively bogus. Just eat real food and sleep well and de-stress as much as possible IMHO.
I think so!
Seems like I can only have one at a time, so you can select one and write down the calender arrangements and then pick the other one (suggest the longer one). Take care to not hurt yourself, because I figure Cody's program is set up to be well balance between strength/metcon work and recovery work(which I think is super important!).
Off the top of my head, seems like adding parsley to food can help with breath, beyond that I know very little about Ignite. Good luck and sorry if this doesn't help...
Give more info about what you like and dislike! Walking is good. Any fun activity is good. I like to listen to music on walks outside. The world is out there for you!
One thing wrong with eggs might be the off chance you may have an intolerance to eggs, which some people do have... so avoiding eggs might be best after all... Meat protein might be a good alternative.
