I am on my 6th day of True Beginner *did the Strength and Cardio this morning* I have never followed through with an exercise program that is why I suppose I am 283.3lbs @ 43 years old(have lost 10lbs since Jan 1st ). I LOVE daily burn and want to keep going.... Wednesday I twisted my foot (not during workout) I ended up going to the E.R. yesterday and found out that it is broken (the outside of the left foot). I am in a boot cast, but managed to get through Core 1 yesterday and S&C this morning (I am also doing Walk-Away-the-Pounds - so I got a mile in yesterday and today), but today I had to modify big time. Ended up doing the walk sitting down *much harder than you would think*.
I have survived 3 strokes in 08 and this past year Lymphoma and I don't want this break to stop me now.
