I still crave chocolate (especially around that time). I found that if you get rick (allergy free) milk chocolate bars -- The only thing you have to count is the sugar. And it's delicious.

mtrinidee answered the Question: Ignite and Breastfeeding?

The ignite diet is a good guide for how you should be eating. But I wouldn't follow the strictness of the 21 day ignite phase. Instead, look towards balance phase as your guide. It's healthy eating -- not dieting.

Hey symmie, I have the same thing, I already eliminated 4 of the 6 evils. Why not add dairy and sugar to the list for a little while. :)

Like sleekbird said, muscle weighs more than fat. If you have been following your workouts you will be gaining muscle. That's a good thing.

Another culprit is water weight or time of day. It's normal that weight fluctuates during the day. You will weigh more in the evening. So you should always weigh at the same time on the same scale.

The reason they want you to look at measurements, or body mass, is because it it more accurate than weight to judge your progress.

The recipes are suggestions, but you need to know what they are in advance to buy the ingredients.
