Thanks and yeah thats exactly what i was thinking, you can only stand intense soreness so long before you give up on something. Thats why i never did more then 3 days of P90X. I literally couldnt sit up in the morning of the third day, i had to roll out of my bed.
Your not so much trying to get rid of lactose only, it is more to get rid of the hormones in animal milk. All animal milk has hormones either natural or added, even if the box/carton says hormone free it is not. It is not possible to have 100% hormone free milk.
You can try some other types of substitute milks and see if you like them better. Almond milk, Coconut milk(beverage kind in a carton not the canned cooking kind), Rice milk, Hemp Milk.
Well technically you will have missed a few workouts depending on the program your on it shouldnt make a difference in the grand scheme of your workouts. I only work out every other day on my program, yet the program gives me a new workout every day. If you choose another program then go back and choose your program again it will start you off from day one again, so depending on where you are it may be better for you to just have missed the two days, especially if your on intelliburn as resetting i think will clear all your workout opinions. Basically setting it back to default day one of a non-customized program.
Yeah thatswhati was thinking, the only way i know to contact them is thru the contact us form, do you know any other ways that might be faster?
I am not but my mother is because of menopause and she has gained 15lbs and cant get rid of the weight no matter what she tries. It may be the nature of the hormone replacements or it could be the person, im not certain either way.
The balance phase has different rules then the ignite phase.
I thought so too but she said she tried a different card and still had the same problem.
You might want to try a slightly less intense workout if your soreness is that bad. You can use Discover mode to try some other ones out if your interested, just cause their not the Inferno program doesnt mean you will get less of a work out. Perhaps doing a round of something slightly less intense for the first 20 days or so would help prepare you for Inferno.
You will have to hope Anthony sees this message or try the contact us form then, sorry i dont know what else you can do atm.
Stevia is not a sugar it is a herb thats sweet so it is in a different category. It would be like adding mint or rosemary to your food.
If he is using the same debt card you used to sign up for dailyburn with the free 30 day trial, that card is probly registered to your account which is likely why it wont let him register with it. You could try an alternate card or try the contact us at the bottom of the page which opens outlook explorer(if you dont use outlook you can let it open then copy the email address and use whatever email you normally use to send) to send in a note asking how to get around this or how he can get an account.
Its probly some where in the PDF for dailyburn but Anthony posted the 20grams rule, so i go by it. I still havnt read the entire PDF it is LONGGGG...but why they hide all the detailed info in the PDF instead of on the website i dont know.
Soy, Diary, Added Sugar, Gluten, Alcohol, and Artificial Sweeteners
boil-in-a-bag? or the pre-made uncle bens brown rice if you have trouble making your own.
Yes fruit and stevia are ok, mostly your trying to avoid is added sugar or processed foods loaded with the evil 6. 20grams or less of sugar per meal is the goal coming mostly from fruits and veggies.
