Yes fruit and stevia are ok, mostly your trying to avoid is added sugar or processed foods loaded with the evil 6. 20grams or less of sugar per meal is the goal coming mostly from fruits and veggies.
Yes Corn is not a gluten
Alot of people myself included will lose in the first few days and then seem like their stuck at the same weight for while.**
I've only seen the challenges in the intelliburn program.
There is also rice milk and hemp milk.
Another thing no one has mentioned is that weight is pretty much the most inaccurate way to measure whether or not your actual size is increasing of decreasing. Alot of people myself included will lose weight in the first few days and then seem like their stuck at the same weight for while. i.e. i lost 6lbs in my first 5 days but have been at the same weight since and am now on day 9. The saying is true muscle weighs more then fat, so if you lose a pound of fat but gain a pound of muscle it is not going to show on the scale. The far better method for gauging your goals and if you are losing "weight" is by how your clothes fit or by taking your measurements every other day or every three days. Those should be chest/bust(if you have a bust you can also measure just under your bust, because some women lose bust size and some dont), stomache(where your belly button is), hips, butt(fullest part of your booty). Then do each thigh, each upper arm, each calf. For those last three add them together, like thigh+thigh=total, then upperarm+upperarm=total, etc.
So your chart or paper would look something like this:
So you save those numbers some where and in 2-3days you measure again and see if you have lost. It is far more accurate then weighing. Also the reason you do both arms/thighs/calves is because some people are asymmetrical, so one arm might be 11 and one 11.25, etc.
From what ive read it is a average for your weight and height. I am going to assume it depends on whether for doing modified normal or the intense version of each workout. Not sure how it adjusts of if it does depending on challenges inputs.
I agree definately not. Its what works best for you. I have strong legs, ankles, and feet and i workout on carpet which catches my shoes and makes it more dangerous for me so i always do barefoot.
No it wont. You could do your program workout multiple times a day or do extra workouts on discovery and your calendar stays the same for your program. One program workout per day.
I dont do the shakes so i cant say yes or no on it, but i would assume it is more a product of more veggies and fruits then the shakes. Everyone responds differently to diet change.
I actually do the restorative yoga class they have on here once or twice a week. It is much more beginner friendly and leaves me feeling relaxed and stretched out instead of tired and in pain like the main yoga program. There are a few yoga programs you can find with discover that are in my opinion better suited for beginners or part time yogi's.
I'm gonna say it should be fine since their ment to compliment each other. Most vitamins/minerals are fine to over 100% of DV you just dont want to be taking 300% of some over long periods of time. So say you were taking fuel shakes, essentials, fish oil and extra vitamin D for the winter, you would probly be ok still. Everything in your body is processed thru your kidneys and liver so you want to remeber that when your taking vitamins and minerals. To much of anything canbe bad, vitamins and minerals are no exception, but you have to have pretty high does for them to be bad. You really dont need more then 100% DV though.
i think your both doing better then me lol. At 5'2" im currently 205lbs, but i have a ton of muscle. My highest weight was 222lbs about 10yrs ago. I do not look like i weigh 200lbs when people guess my weight they guess between 150-175lbs. Ever at 205lbs im a size 14, my smallest size ever was 170lbs at a size 8. I have large C/small D breasts, a large bottom, and very muscular legs. I do look proportionate despite the very heavy weight for my height, im about 6% above my body fat percentage for my age/height. My mother was adopted so i dont know what i am from her side but on my fathers side i am 100% german decendance. So overall i am overweight but i dont really look like my weight ever anyhow even when i am much smaller in pants size.
Thank you, a few other people have posted similar issues, with workouts getting stuck and the OP with workouts changing at noon instead of midnight.
Behavior that happens on my laptop actually. Like the other member mentioned, my workouts dont seem to change at the right times even though i am n the right time zone. I've also have the same work out two days in a row and no amount of waiting has made them change to the point i was doing my workout at 10pm for the 2nd day and it still wasnt changed to a new workout.
