I'm interesting in the trying UFC Personal Trainer and the new Nike+ workout game and the adidas miCoach (I already have the app) games look promising. Are their any other fitness video games that others have tried, and if so, what were your results?

It's not a completely accurate representation of your actual caloric expenditure but it gives an adequate guestimation of what the typical person's calorie burn might be at that particular weight.
I take a martial arts class 2x a week plus I also weight train 3x a week and mix in some Warrior x-fit 3x a week.
Protein shakes work well. So does chocolate milk. When I know I'm gonna be working really hard, I talk a protein shake mixed with whey protein and Carbo Plus, which provides me with complex carbohydrates that will allow me to feel fuller longer. But generally as a post workout meal, any mixture of protein, simple carbs for an immediate energy boost and carbohydrates will work as long as you keep the carbs moderate and the calories at a minimum.
