Hey! Hope everything is alright.
Sometimes life gets in the way, but that's ok. I'd suggest just picking up next week on the normal schedule and forget about the fact that you missed those days. You'll get right back into it in no time. Once you're done, you can try the program over again too and see if you make it all the way through.
Never indulging in something sweet was difficult for me. It was only 21 days though so that made it more manageable.
I think mine is metabolic maximizer. Classic.
Yup, it's mainly designed as a meal replacement shake. You may want to add some berries and almond butter, since the calorie level of the shakes are fairly low for a meal.

You can always select a new workout from here: http://dailyburn.com/workout_... . Make sure to select the medium or hard difficulty filter. If you switch your workout one day, you'll still be right on track with your program the next day!
You definitely can do Ignite while doing the True Beginner program. The best way to see results is to match a workout program with a solid nutrition program.
Do you like it? Not like it? How could it be better? Any other features you'd like to see?
While we're not planning on getting any official certification in the short-term, it's 100% vegan if that helps ease any concerns.
Feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any other questions.
Also, what do you think of my shirt?
I love balance. It's the perfect 'balance' (no pun intended) between staying true to eating healthy and also cheating a little bit. I can't imagine doing Ignite forever, but I understand why it's important to eat healthy--this is a perfect framework for that mindset.
Wondering how people's experiences have been. Are you using a heart rate monitor along with the workouts?
