Hey there. Are you completing the workout and then it's still there the next day? Or are you trying to skip the workout. Thanks!
Never indulging in something sweet was difficult for me. It was only 21 days though so that made it more manageable.
Yup, it's mainly designed as a meal replacement shake. You may want to add some berries and almond butter, since the calorie level of the shakes are fairly low for a meal.
I think mine is metabolic maximizer. Classic.
Hey there. Sorry you're having issues. If you email email@example.com they should be able to help you out. Thanks for letting us know!
You can always select a new workout from here: http://dailyburn.com/workout_... . Make sure to select the medium or hard difficulty filter. If you switch your workout one day, you'll still be right on track with your program the next day!
If you're ready to graduate from True Beginner, I'd recommend Cardiosculpt or DB15. They're really great and scalable to your level!
You definitely can do Ignite while doing the True Beginner program. The best way to see results is to match a workout program with a solid nutrition program.
Do you like it? Not like it? How could it be better? Any other features you'd like to see?
Perfect for fitting into your schedule!
While we're not planning on getting any official certification in the short-term, it's 100% vegan if that helps ease any concerns.
Feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any other questions.
Why thank you. Since it's mesh it's great for working out...or even for going on. Very versatile.
I love balance. It's the perfect 'balance' (no pun intended) between staying true to eating healthy and also cheating a little bit. I can't imagine doing Ignite forever, but I understand why it's easy to eat healthy--this is a perfect framework for that mindset.
