Hi. Yesterday I did Tabata 1 of TBT, which was great, but today i'm really sore, especially in my legs. The last thing I feel like doing is repeating it again today! I'm curious about this programme, as I always thought it was accepted practice in fitness circles that it was never a good idea to work the same body parts on two consecutive days? Wouldn't it be better to have work/recovery/work/recovery rather than two days of each back to back?
