I have two broken toes and the side of my foot is broken. I am wearing a walking cast. I don't want to gain weight, now that I have been doing so well!
Thank you for the suggestions!! I did take the day off of the program I am in, but I did some walking and stretching to help relieve some pain. I am feeling better this morning and will be back on track today!!
I couldn't get rid of the food in my house, because I have 5 other people living with me (hubby, kids, and mother-in-law)! I just decided if I was going to do this, I was going to do it. I have found that there are lots of good recipes that I can make that everyone will eat with me that follow the "Evil 6" avoidance. You just have to make it work for you. I went out with my husband and purchased foods for myself for my breakfast and lunches, then we planned dinners together. There are days where I eat my own, but there are more days where they eat with me, and like what I have made!
It hurts to sit and then stand!
I have all the food I need, but I can't get rid of all the other stuff, because I have a husband and three children. I know they will eat some of the things I do, but I can't have them do the 21-days with me!
