Clearly I'm a noob! Any advice is really welcome!
I've been doing the MOVE program for about a week now.. I think it's fun, but I don't know if it will help me shed the pounds... anyone else trying it and seeing results? Recommendations for other programs?
I've always struggled with my weight.. and now after leaving for a year and half in jolly ol england (with lots of their jolly ol pints of beer), I weigh more than I ever have. EVER! This is my way of making a change to not just lose weight, but be healthy. Thanks for asking the question paulc - always good to write down the reasons and motivation.

I think white rice counts as gluten. But if you can use brown rice (check out quick start guide for a full list) - hope thats helpful!!!
Im going on a business trip at the end of the month and will be in the detox part of ignite. Im worried about eating away from home, and especially how to have the shake in the morning when I'm at a hotel! Help please!
You can look for other vegan protein shakes - they generally avoid the evil 6 (watch out for sugar though...) and maybe you can find a better deal in order to afford it? My local health food store has a special on a brand called Vega - going to stock up!
Based on the ignite nutrition plan, I think coconut milk or almond milk can replace milk, although I'm not sure if you would be getting a sufficient amount of calcium.
I just started with the DB videos.. have you noticed a difference? I plan on exclusively using the videos... I like the convenience of working out at home, on my own time...
