I sometimes log into the website after a workout (which I always use a roku for) and the calorie counts seem to be different on each. I am not sure which one to trust. Today, for example, I did the True Beginner Core 2 workout and the Roku stated 655 calories burned, after logging into the site it stated 458 calories burned for the same workout. I am calorie counting so accuracy matters. Is there a reason for the difference? Which one should I trust?
