I use Dailyburn on days I don't play sports, so it ends up being half and half, more or less.
I like most of the TBT series, mainly because I live in an apartment and it doesn't require much jumping. I would love to do more Inferno, but my downstairs neighbors would hate me for it.
Each and every one of those tasks seem humanly impossible to me.
Oops. My bad. I've had this question for a while and just decided to post it now without checking again.
With the "Dailyburn Challenge" being 60 seconds, I don't know how to unlock the "hold plank for 90 seconds" achievement. I went ahead and held the plank for over 90 seconds by simply pausing the video, but even after inputting my results, I still can't unlock it.
On a side note, has anybody actually done 75 (complete) push ups or 75 sit ups in a minute? I feel like that'd give me a migraine from the whiplash.
I like friendly competition, so I play soccer, volleyball and flag football outside of Daily Burn. I find that variety is what keeps me going. If it's fun, work becomes play, and I can't get enough of it.
You can also do what this guy does:
I sincerely believe Dailyburn should bring back the achievements. It felt like a game where you unlock things, and it added a little something fun. Please, bring it back! I was so looking forward to one day becoming a "champion" or whatever was at the end of the tunnel.
Whenever I do rock-bottom squats, I hear my knees pop, or at least make a crack-like noise. I'm still relatively young and don't have pain when I do them. Should I discontinue rock-bottom squats, or is this more of a doctor question?
How did you find that link without the button? And do you know if the Rank/ Achievement button is gone for good, or am I just not seeing it when it's right in front of my face?
True. Time to be a superhuman.
Whoa. That's a lot of squats in a minute!
I joined the Hydrate All Day challenge.
