Honestly, I don't think they have that option, mostly because of copyright infringements and so on. The only thing I can think of is to write it out while watching. You can always get the overview of the exercise and skip ahead so it doesn't take as long. Good luck!
A couple things:
1. What kind of diet plan do you have? If you don't have a specific plan in place, I would highly recommend one. There are many studies (along with personal experience) that show most people who don't have accountability with their food start consuming more calories when they workout because they're burning more than before. Your body essentially plays tricks on you because it likes being comfortable and holding onto it's fat. If you're already on a good diet plan, please disregard this question, lol.
2. Are you just using the scale, or are you actually taking measurements of your body? This will help you determine if you're gaining muscle and losing fat, or if you're packing on the pounds because your diet needs to be changed (see about question).
Hopefully this post helps! Good luck :)
I did the same thing, started the workouts without the diet. I do have to say, I really didn't see any improvement until I started Ignite. I was just staying the same weight/size and not going anywhere because I didn't have my diet under control. Obviously I don't know what kind of food plan you have going on, but I would definitely recommend using some sort of diet plan or tracker to go along with the exercises. You don't have to choose Ignite (although I find it very helpful), but don't end up like me and workout for 3 months for no results. It's very discouraging! Good luck, and I wish you the best!
I don't know if this has already been fixed or not, but I would definitely recommend emailing dailyburn directly by clicking your name in the top right corner and using the second to last link. They usually get back to you pretty quickly. Good luck!
I don't know if I read it wrong, but if you're only consuming 1200 calories a day your body may be going into starvation mode and conserving fat like crazy. Make sure you talk to a professional nutritionist or your doctor to get an accurate account of how many calories you should be consuming in a day to reach your weight loss goals. I know it seems counterproductive, but we need calories to function. If you don't have enough, not only will you feel more tired, but you could be working against your goals. I wish you the best of luck in your weight loss endeavors!!
You can contact DailyBurn directly by clicking on your name in the top right corner and then on the link that says "email us feedback". They usually respond pretty quickly.
At the end of the Ignite QuickGuide (page 12), there's a Q & A section (look under the question: "What counts as >10g sugar?"). They say to have your fruit either at the beginning of the day or around your workout so your insulin uses the sugar as fuel and nutrients instead of storing fat. So if your workouts are in the evening, you should be fine. You can also try having the shakes for lunch, that way you're still up and moving around instead of at home resting. Hopefully this helps!
Under nutrition, go to resources. Scroll to the Balance resources at the bottom, and click on the first one: Welcome to Balance. You should be able to check the box below the video in the weekly balance section.
I'm not sure what level fitness you're at, but True Beginner has a lot of modifications to help you get back to where you need to be. Just take it easy, and good luck with your recovery!
Thank you both for the suggestion! I'll look into it: it'll be nice to have an app ready to go instead of searching for ways to upload my pics here.
I've been doing Ignite for less than 1 week but I find it rather time consuming to put all my meals into the blog. I don't have an iPhone so I can't get the Ignite app. I guess it's not the most important aspect of the diet, but I do want some accountability. Suggestions?
Thanks! I'm looking forward to my salad now :)
Probably a stupid question because it has the word wine in it, but it is vinegar and I'm hoping to use it for a salad at some point. Suggestions?
