I put in the wrong weight on my profile and there doesn't seem to be any way to fix it.
Just finished my first True Beginner workout and I am feeling a bit of nausea. My last meal was several hours ago and I just sipped on my water a few times during the workout; any ideas to make this not happen? Other than that I feel good.-

I was going to mention parsley as well. I believe you can chew the fresh leaves to help with breath.
I have had some issues with yeast as well and also found relief following the paleo lifestyle. You didn't mention how much weight you were talking about but you could be carrying as much as 10 lbs in water weight.
I was given a diuretic by my doctor a few days ago and the first full day taking it I lost 7 lbs of water weight. Are you drinking enough water? Just like with food, if you don't get enough water your body can go into starvation mode and cause you to retain water.
I just purchased a 6 lb one from Walmart because it was the smallest one they had. I had only previously ever used a 2-3 pound one but I was able to use the 6 pound one just fine.
Take a lesson from my dogs; they don't worry about the past. You can't change it so what good is it going to do you to feel bad over it? You only have this moment so just focus on doing it better next time. :)
