I have just done day one of db15 (MMA was hard and fun!) and I want to continue for the full 15 days. I like to strength train full body 3 days a week (basic moves: squat, stiff legged deadlift, push-up, rows, and planks)
Is there room for my strength routine in the DB15? I like it b/c it gets me moving first thing in the a.m. before the kids wake up and start interrupting me. (I can strength train later in the day).
Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.
I'd like to see Samba, bellydance, and I love the suggestion below of burlesque (not sure how popular that would be but I'd do it!!)
