My husband has lost 23 pounds in 7 weeks doing the exercise and Ignite/Balance. I have lost 5 and now my weight seems to be creeping up. Trying to keep calories under 1500 on days I work out (which is at least 6 days a week). I don't use more than 10 exchanges a week, but I did not have the weight loss he did even while in the Ignite phase.
