Do you have any exercises you would suggest? I have some good definition but would like it to be very cut. I'm assuming I'll have to do weighted exercises but am not sure where to begin
I would suggest acupuncture to deal with chronic back problems. I've heard of people having incredible results after seeing chiropracters for years and then switch to acupuncture and found relief. If you live in the NYC or Long Island area, I can recommend some people
