I may have to. I wanted to jump in (figuratively) to something a tad more advanced, but that may be the way to go right now I guess. I'm having a brace fitted for my leg that should allow me to be more dynamic for squats etc., but I doubt I can wear it for some of the yoga. Thanks!
Not in physical therapy anymore, but I still need to be developing the muscles in my leg more. I'm not cleared to do anything crazy - jumping and the sort... But I really want to work out. My wife has been on here for a bit and she's doing great. I just wondered if there were any programs that anyone could suggest that might be less "leg intensive"
