I did the same recipes but used Egg Protein powder. You can find it at your local nutrition store for half the price and works just the same!
It's only if you look on the package, don't eat anything with more than 10g of sugar. We're in the balance portion of Ignite and we juice every morning. We realize that its more than 10g of sugar but since it's the good sugars we aren't too worried about it and don't make it count against our points
We subscribed then got rid of it. We make sure we don't eat the evil 6, have a shake in the morning, each a leafy lunch, and then eat dinner at least 3 hours before bed. Thats really the whole basis of it. Not worth $5 since I just told you the basis of it.
I'm new to all this and looking at some of the recipes look AMAZING is there a way to save them to look up later? Like a "favorites" list or something of that nature?
