try microwave eggs for breakfast or a snack/light lunch. All you do is add 1-2 eggs to a microwave safe bowl, whisk them up, add veggies, low-fat cheese, or some protein (chicken, turkey, ham, etc.); then microwave on high for 1 minute at a time until the center of the egg is completely cooked. It's like magically fast scrambled eggs. Top with some salsa or hot sauce and you just completed a meal in like 3 minutes!
