It depends on your current fitness level - if you are starting from scratch, go true beginner for a week until you get the hang of it, then Cardio Sculpt! If you are looking for a BIG challenge, try Inferno! I did two and a half cycles of Inferno and lost 12.5 lbs since the end of January. It really works! If you are also looking for help with the diet piece, try the Ignite nutrition program. The first 21 days is hard (I had to restart a couple times), but once you're through you learn a lot about your own eating habits and how easy it is to find new, healthier food to love :)
I've been working out 7 days a week for months, and have lost lbs. and gained a lot of tone...everywhere but my inner thighs! This is my biggest 'trouble zone' and its driving me insane. I seem to lose fat and gain tone everywhere but there. Any suggestions for really effective inner thigh exercises? Don't care how hard they are, I'll do them! Thanks!
