Should I eat dinner then workout late or workout then eat dinner? I eat lunch at about 11:30 so I will be working out on an empty stomach....thoughts?
Also, are eggs considered dairy? Is there a kind of maple syrup or chocolate I can have? Sorry for all the questions, I am just new to this and the grocery list they provide is short and vague.
Do you do the daily burn fuel for breakfast too? So twice a day?
