I've found if you can find the right concoction that protein shakes can be very appealing. Mine now is a scoop of powder, 3 parts water-1 part lite apple juice, a banana and some frozen strawberries. Every so often I'll get some blueberries to put in also.
It took me a while to get to that recipe. I tried the different flavored powders but didn't like them. Now, I stick with vanilla and add different fruits. The apple juice helps a lot with the powder after taste.

I use a Roku too but don't have this issue. I have to exit Daily Burn and go back in to get a new workout but haven't had to disconnect it.

scamp07 answered the Question: Do i have to do inferno 7 days a week?

There are active recovery days built into the program. It's a very intense program that you need a certain level of fitness for. I tried it and had to stop. Did Intellburn for 3 months and then came back and did Inferno.

And cost a lot less than a medicine ball. Just be careful not to drop it.

scamp07 answered the Question: Can I do two workouts at a time??

There are some great and fun toning and strength workouts. I like Resistance Band Glory, Kettlebell Circuit, JR's Strength workouts, etc. Try a bunch of different ones to find something you'll like.

How far into the program were you? If more than a week I would say just pick up where you left off. Wouldn't recommned skipping ahead.

scamp07 commented on my2men2007's answer to LOTS of soreness with Inferno???:

That's great news. I've been doing IntelliBurn since the beginning of January. I want to try a bunch of different programs (Inferno, TBT, DBK, etc) but want to get a good base built up before jumping into those. I figure they will be there when I'm ready and I don't want to get discouraged. So, I'm waiting until I can do the advanced moves on the IntelliBurn workouts before moving on to somehting else.

scamp07 answered the Question: How do I know what size ball I should buy?

This is the guide I used:

    Size

Exercise balls are available in a wide range of sizes, suitable for individuals under 4 feet, 6 inches to individuals who are more than 6 feet, 2 inches tall. Balls are sized in centimeters, and some companies may color code the balls to match the size. General size guidelines are accurate for most people; however, you may find a larger or smaller ball more comfortable if you are near the top or bottom size limit. Typically, individuals less than 4 feet, 6 inches require a 30 cm ball. You should choose a 45 cm ball if you are between 4 feet, 6 inches to 5 feet tall. From 5 feet to 5 feet, 5 inches, select a 55 cm ball. If you are between 5 feet, 6 inches and 6 feet, 2 inches, use a 65 cm ball. If your height exceeds 6 feet, 2 inches tall, opt for a 75 cm ball.

scamp07 commented on KateHough's answer to Safe to do a workout everyday?:

This is exactly what I do. I've been on Daily Burn everyday since the beginning of the year. There have been 2 occasions where I just couldn't bring myself to do the scheduled workout. So, I "Discovered" a shorter, less intense workout to do for recovery. I didn't skip a day because I want to keep reinforcing the habit of getting up every morning and doing a workout.

scamp07 answered the Question: Need more hard workouts

I've found that the advanced moves in the medium workouts can make them pretty hard. I'm not sure what criteria is used to determine where each workout falls.

I've been using IntelliBurn. After answering the questionnaire it taylors the workouts to your ability. Once I can do the advanced moves of these workouts I'll move on to Inferno.
