Any success stories out there?
I've doing the Daily Burn workouts for 2 weeks and have lost about 4 pounds. I had about 20 to lose. A lot depends on your current weight and how much you need to lose.
It all comes down to burning more calories than you take in.
I was having that problem on my Roku box. Now, I just sign out when I'm finished working out. When I sign back in the next day my new workout is there. When I just refreshed the screen the workout didn't change.
I was wondering the same thing but every time I was sore from a couple of days of strength training along came an easy cardio or recovery workout. So, I'm still trusting the program. I haven't felt over or under trained yet.
I'm going through the Intelliburn program. I would like to try Inferno but there is too much impact for my condition.
Today I did Tactical Cardio. There are squats and lunges but you only have to do them to your comfort level. I did Complete Kettlebell the other days and was able to modify those.
I haven't had anything come up that I wasn't able to get a good workout.
I'm very interested. I'm going to do IntelliBurn through the end of the month and then give it a try. I was surprised to see that its a 3 month program. Should be fun.
I'm recovering from a knee injury and have found that most of the videos have modifications that I can do that keeps my knee from hurting.
I've been doing the videos (Intelliburn) and have lost 3 pounds since the 1st.
On the website, you can click on the point total at the top right of the screen next to your user name and get a breakdown.
How do you know you are not getting enough protein? Sounds like you are getting a good amount. What are you using to determine your protein needs?
It should be easy to do. You might have to choose another program (IntelliBurn, Move, etc) and then choose Inferno again. At that point it should reset.
I just did this workout yesterday as part of IntelliBurn.
Love using my Roku for Daily Burn
I use a Roku too but don't have this issue. I have to exit Daily Burn and go back in to get a new workout but haven't had to disconnect it.
I've found if you can find the right concoction that protein shakes can be very appealing. Mine now is a scoop of powder, 3 parts water-1 part lite apple juice, a banana and some frozen strawberries. Every so often I'll get some blueberries to put in also.
It took me a while to get to that recipe. I tried the different flavored powders but didn't like them. Now, I stick with vanilla and add different fruits. The apple juice helps a lot with the powder after taste.
