Yes I believe it is ok.
I've eaten out a few times on Ignite, twice at taquerias (Chipotle and my local Mexican grocery). The tacos are on corn tortillas and are just steak, onions, and cilantro. Super simple and tasty. I had to eat at the work cafeteria yesterday and had roast chicken, corn on the cob and beans. Not a great meal but ok in a pinch.
BTW...I've dropped 2 lbs. in just 2 days on Ignite already! And it took me a month on WW to lose 4 lbs. just prior to this.
I just dropped my WW subscription to sign up for DB and Ignite, to me Ignite teaches one to eat much more healthfully and WW doesn't really force that issue. I found I was always hungry on WW and I'm on Day 3 of Ignite and doing pretty well (Day 2 was tough though).
Also make sure you are drinking plenty of water, sometimes when your body needs fluids it feels like hunger!
I had Chipotle for lunch and it's a good alternative, I'm not going to sweat the small stuff like a bit of soybean oil and I had a brown rice burrito bowl with carnitas, no beans but fajita veggies, 2 salsas, and guac. No cheese and no sour cream. It was delicious!
I'm on Day 3 and starting to feel better, my husband had bought Domino's pizza last night for dinner when I was at work and I didn't even open the box for a peak!
I had the Mocha Chocolate Chip shake today with almond milk instead of coconut, it was awesome!
I tried the Vega One Chai Tea and was NOT a fan. I tried it with almond milk, soymilk, coconut milk (pre-Ignite) and just couldn't stomach it. I currently have Green Smoothie Girl brand vegan protein powders and those are better. When I run out I'll be trying out the Fuel.
To jumpstart my weightloss and clean eating plan!
Baby Power Greens (kale, spinach, chard), frozen unsweetened fruit (blueberries and pineapple), hemp seed, stevia, Green Smoothie Girl Vegan protein powder (I'll buy Fuel once I run out of this), almond milk.
