Anyone else following Drew Manning ? My wife and I have been following the diet/exerciese plan online.
I got a tempurpedic mattress and it helped me greatly. However if I had to buy another bed I get the sleep by numbers mattress

I have been plagued with leg cramps for the last two weeks, now. Every morning I wake up with cramps in my calves.
Anyone have a cure to stop this ?
Depends on how sick I am. just the sniffles, I am not going to miss. Any more than that I figure why weaken an already compromised immune system by running a 5K. I would rather rest a few days then come back strong.
My initial goal was to be able to play soccer with the kids without having to take extended breaks. Kind of turned into the family joke. I Did not realize just how far I had let myself go until I took the profile pics. I had a few false starts but now I feel better, hell I am happier. I have six more pounds to go and I have reached my first diet goal.
last two days I have been getting seven hours of sleep. Its only been two days but I have had some really nice morning workouts.
With work and the kids, sometimes sleep is something that I don't much of. I do make an effort to get more sleep the night before a big workout but most of the time I am getting about 5 hours a night. I would rather have five hours of deep sleep then eight restless
How much sleep are you getting ?
StarKist makes a tuna lunch that I get on sale for about a $1.25 they store well and come in different flavors. I am also a fan of dinner left overs. For me portion control is the key.
Egg whites are my first EASY choice. My second choice takes a little more effort. I raise my own beef and chevon. In the fall wild game is on the menu. Beef and other meat option are not bad per say. It is the quality offered and selected that can ruin a diet. Try some rabbit stew lean meat high in protein and easy to find( well at least for me it is)

After look at the program on line. I'd think you be better off going to a gym and using their equipment. Not sure what is meant by "assistance work."

Protein Bar or a can of tuna
Given the choice which would you take ? I used to grab the protein bar. After reading the label on both Besides tasting a whole lot better tuna has just about everything I was looking for. A single can offered me 22g of protein with zero cabs.Then there is the price difference. I get all this for 110 calories for the entire can. Sounds like a win win to me.
