Some of the routines in True Beginner are still challenging for me. I'm not sure if it would benefit me to carry it on another 4 weeks or start a new program. Any advice?
I've wondered this myself and I have days that I've missed. I just make it up on another day I have more time. I'm not sure what the best thing to do is? But would love to also hear an answer on this.
I just started the True Beginner too. I'd be glad to get support myself and offer any help I can! I love it so far. I just did my 3rd day. I'm a little behind because I had a stomach bug, but I plan to catch up in the next few days.
Did you just start over the program? I am trying to decide my next step and the workouts in the next phase they have offered - Cardio Sculpt - looks too challenging of a leap for me at this stage.
daily burn completed today! 1 hour walk later in the evening
have really been slacking with my daily burn routines but I've been keeping up my 1 hour walk each day. In less than 2 weeks my second job will be ended and I can step back up on my daily burn work outs. I completed todays workout and I feel great!
haven't been keeping the updates here but i've kept up with the workouts with the exception of yesterday and 1 hour walk each day. Completed todays Core 2 and will walk for one hour later today.

completed today's workout - will try to walk later today but unsure if I will be able to. only slept about an hour last night
daily burn done for today and will walk an hour later this evening.
missed my daily burn routine yesterday 07/05 but did an hour and 23 minute walk to try and make up for it. still having a lot of the leg pain from sciatic nerve pressure.
just completed todays daily burn and off to do my hour walk before it gets too hot out! awesome
Daily burn and one hour walk completed today!! still on the true beginner track until my second job is over at the end of the month. Then I plan to step up my work outs with another program.
