Thanks, I appreciate it :)
If I can walk at the end of a work out then I feel like I haven't done enough. Usually when I start a program I plan my workouts to be 1-2 hours a day, split between day and night. This often gets me discouraged and then I quit. A few weeks to a couple months later the cycle starts again. I feel like if I put extra time into it the I should see sooner results. However, I get frustrated because I often feel smaller but have not actually lost any weight. So, I need to know. Am I working out too much in the beginning even if I'm not reaching my physical limit? What is the best length of a workout to achieve results?
