I log onto my fitness pal daily and all of my friends on there are complete strangers but they all are trying to lose weight. So we constantly do challenges and encourage each other. It's a great system.

I have a scale and sometimes it helps because I am excited about the weight loss but I hate seeing my weight go up and down>
When I go under nutrition all I get is meal suggestions as well.

Well I am new but mine so far has been keaira hip hop workout
90 minutes I can't wait til I get there
I am using them in addition to my beach body workout.
I workout barefoot as well lol it seems easier for some reason because I have a pair of Reebok I cant remembere what they are called but they are suppose to help when you're walking and I worked out in those before and they are so heavy like I have weights on my legs
