I just figure that the important thing is to keep moving, to burn calories, etc. It's not like you are rehearsing for a show and you need to get the moves down.
Gaiam also has streaming/roku. They generally make good videos.

I have this problem as well. Sometimes I just do the lunges/squats, but not as deep and not as many. Or I just do something else entirely while they are doing lunges. It sucks though.
