Yes its pretty common...they get goin pretty fast. The trainer recommends just getting down the moves the first time. Do it at whatever pace you can. I used to trip over my feet on the moves but once you learn em its not so bad.
Yep! Chia seeds are not part of the 6. They mention using them in a couple of the recipes on here. I would recommend!
