I know it has the word soy in it, but I'm still wondering if its okay on the Ignite diet.
Hi, I'm new to the ignite program, but I am not new to fruit and veggie shakes. I have been eating fruit and veggie shakes for about a year with no problems. However, now that I started the ignite program, without fail every morning I have diarrhea after my shake. The only difference in most of my shakes is the protein powder.
What is causing this? Do I need less protein? Or could it be something else? Anyone have a clue? Anyone experienced this?
Never mind I re-read something I missed and answered my own question!
Tha5 should not be a problem just be sure to blend well and portion out appropriately and use the right amount of the fuel for how many shakes your making.
