    I have just completed day 7 of the True Beginner program. I love it. I originally tried a couple of the other programs but never made it past day 4 on either program. I had to admit that I still have an athletic spirit but not an athletic body. I find True Beginner to be the perfect place for a new beginner or re-beginner into the fitness world.     I have been weighing myself both consistently and inconsistently for months now. I have been like a yo yo with my weight loss. I will get discouraged if my weight loss becomes a weight gain. I am probably weighing in too often. I decided that the week I am premenstrual and menstrual is the time I will stay off the scale all together. I still find that my weight always ups quite a lot after that week and I am having to lose again the weight I just lost. My husband says my body looks different but I don't see it really. URRGHH! Using the scale and seeing gain causes me to falter in my routines. Whats a good schedule to do weigh ins?

    I just finished the cardio sculpt. I returned to True Beginner. Cardio Sculpt was a good program and a progressive challenge. I just enjoyed True Beginner and Justin seems to work out places that Cardio Sculpt missed. My next goal is to do True Beginner in the evenings and Cardio Sculpt in the mornings.

    I am now on day 42 and I wish I could say I have more weight loss but I really don't. I lose and gain the same 3-4 lbs during the whole program. However I have muscles and I can see my body toning up. I do realize my body is still adjusting where it wants to lose the inches at. I have choked it up to a toning and strengthening program and look forward to the completion. I think next go round I am going to do something with more cardio. This program and the True beginner program has really lifted my endurance level. I can do 50 min workouts like a true champ. I now weigh myself every 2 weeks but the numbers don't matter as much anymore. It's just for tracking because I feel great.

    Just completed 28 straight days of True Beginner! I feel great down 3 lbs. Had some bouncing back and forth there but my before and after photos show so many inches lost. Yay! Plus I am much more flexible and am starting to feel better with my strength and mobility. I think that I may do this one for another 28 days.

    I am on day 13 of True Beginner and missed yesterday (MY BABY GIRL 2ND BIRTDHAY PARTY)but doubled up today. I love love love Justins coaching style. It's my first time feeling like as though I can totally commit to a program and have it challenge me. I would also love to see an Intermediate program from Justin. He seems so sincere in his motivation and truly dedicated in helping people reach their own personal level of fitness achievement.

    Thanks Ginabf. I have been doing good these past few days just allowing myself to enjoy the feeling of making the right decisions and staying active everyday. I must admit it feels much better than just watching numbers on a scale. *Deep sigh* Much better. I am enjoying using the scale time as smile time instead. (its when I look in the mirror and just smile at myself) Thanks for the superb encouragement.

    Thanks you guys. I have been doing every other day. I will try once a week and measurements every two weeks. I have been avoiding my dreaded measurements this far. lol But I think it will help me see more results. Again thanks. I knew I was on that scale too much. Sometimes I even did it everyday,
