I am trying out the Cardio Sculpt program to help get back in shape what would be a good program to help postnatal besides the yoga?

Dealing with the stresses of a newborn really set me back this past month. But I turn 25 in 3 days and its time to turn it around...I'm starting Cardio Sculpt and I can't wait to see the results. It hurts to see pictures of me before I got pregnant and comparing them to what I look like now. I'm ready to get my body back!!!!
Had a baby 1 month ago...prepregnancy I weighed 150 lbs and I was in my best shape I am 5'11. When I gave birth to my daughter I weighed in at 205 lbs my goal is to get back into shape. I would love to get down to 145 lbs and have nice toned abbs and legs.
