I am currently using Sparkpeople.com and I like it very much. Is anyone feel that Ignite is working for them? I don't want to switch unless I think Ignite is better?
Any pros or cons?
I cannot afford to buy new equipment right now. I am a recent grad trying to pay my bills and also get in shape. Is there a good household substitute for a kettle bell, stability ball, and a weighted ball?
For instance, I know some people use water bottles or cans as a substitute for dumb bells.
That's a really great idea actually. I might have to try that.
Thank you so much for your feedback!
I will be using these videos as well as running and training for my first 5k. That's about all I have time for in the mornings before a long work day. Maybe the occasional hike here and there. Also, running with my lab. He counts as a workout I think :)
