How does intelliburn work? I signed up for it since it said it was "tailored towards your specific needs", when I first tried DB. Since then I have done
Cardio Sculpt and Total Cardio, should I try intelliburn, or go straight to Interno? The Total Cardio workouts are challenging, but not impossible. Any thoughts?
HI I have completed Cardio Sculpt, and just started Total Cardio, and mixing in some Core workouts a few days a week. I work out 5 days a week. I am nearly 60 years old, 133, 5' 6". I am happy to find Daily Burn, as the workouts are much harder that what I was doing before. I would love to drop a few inches, but I seem to be making no progress. The workouts seem tough enough (I can do some exercises at the medium level) My diet is only fair, trying to improve on that. Any ideas?
I am getting over a cold I have had for a week. Still have a nasty cough. I have a history of sinsus infections and difficulty recovering from them. I have taken tests, and even a MRI on my sinuses, doctors claim I am just very susceptible.
I have been working out with Cardio Sculpt, for about a month. Where in the program should I resume? Is there a way to reset your calendar? At what point am I doing too much? For me its easy to overdo it, as my body does not give me warning, I just wake up feeling ill the next day. Any ideas?
Looking for a trainer, who may use with Dailyburn workouts, and recommend a specific program. Or a dailyburn group with a online trainer?
Inteliburn is described in the program info, as being personalized. How do you enter your personal stats, goal, number of days you want to train?
