I am getting over a cold I have had for a week. Still have a nasty cough. I have a history of sinsus infections and difficulty recovering from them. I have taken tests, and even a MRI on my sinuses, doctors claim I am just very susceptible.
I have been working out with Cardio Sculpt, for about a month. Where in the program should I resume? Is there a way to reset your calendar? At what point am I doing too much? For me its easy to overdo it, as my body does not give me warning, I just wake up feeling ill the next day. Any ideas?
Looking for a trainer, who may use with Dailyburn workouts, and recommend a specific program. Or a dailyburn group with a online trainer?
Inteliburn is described in the program info, as being personalized. How do you enter your personal stats, goal, number of days you want to train?
