I find myself forgetting to stretch before doing the daily workouts, and then paying for it later. I saw that there is one entire video devoted to stretching, but are there any that are meant to be short warmup and cool down stretches before/after the other videos? If not, are there any plans to do this?

No one will laugh, it's awesome that you're here! I'm not a doctor but I would say it's absolutely essential to get your thyroid under control. I was diagnosed with severe hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid) last year and gained 30 pounds in three months. With treatment though my levels are normal and I'm able to eat healthy and exercise, and I've lost most of the weight I gained. Obviously your health is the number one most important thing, but also if weight loss is your goal, your thyroid needs to be under control. Please take care of yourself and good luck!
