I did a workout for the second time today and wanted to see if I beat my previous challenge number but couldn't see where to find that anywhere.
It would be nice to have a detailed explanation. Perhaps I am the only one but I have never understood what is considered hips or bustline, where exactly do I measure?
I am considering adding a lighter program to the inferno program I am currently doing. I don't want to add if it will change the current program I am in.
I chose Inferno but I am not exercising every day, only 3 days a week, so the daily workout shows it as if I were working out every day. But I still want a balanced workout. Is there a way to change the calendar settings or adjust when the workouts fall on what days?
I have food allergies and have already cut out all but the sugar portion of ignite. I don't eat a lot of sugar and am already kind of in my own balance stage of nutrition, I was wondering if it was possible to skip ahead to the balance stage rather than wait out the days until the ignite stage was completed.
I agree, I am approaching the end of inferno but was wondering which way to head next.

This morning I woke up so completely exhausted and wanting to sleep more (its a stress response) and even though I knew the workout would wake me up and relieve stress I was dragging my feet. I semi enjoyed the workout but not much. I had to fight through it. But what got me to the workout is I know that I have been not doing as well lately. So I weighed myself and seeing the number on the scale made me realize if I didn't keep this butt moving it was just going to grow more and more. Its funny but positive doesn't always motivate me. If I see how well I am doing I think I deserve a break. But if I think I am going to grow out of my clothes I am more likely not to take a break.

Well I am following inferno, just not at the 21 day pace. There are a couple of days a week that are impossible for me to work out due to my schedule so I shoot more for a 3-5 days a week workout. I have been following the calendar in the order of the workouts but not the timing.
It would be awesome if we could create our own schedule and use multiple programs. I realize that using discover is possible but I am very plan oriented. I like to create a plan and then stick to it. If I could create my own plan on the calendar it would be really motivating for me.
