I do not have a HR monitor, but I am doing a calories in/calories out plan so need to know how accurate the count is. I am 22, 5'5" and weigh 128 lbs. I definitely feel like my heart rate is speeding up and am out of breath in the Cardio Sculpt videos.
I am trying to determine what subscription I should use. Is the annual complete access billed monthly or does it charge you $120 up front?
